The living area especially has good lighting and lots of natural light, facing south. Home faces south, with concrete east deck, open south porch, and large covered west porch. The home is kid and dog-friendly. All rooms are wired for computer, satellite, telephone access. They can operate independently or interface with one computer depending on need. If more than one person needs unique internet access or telecommuting, this should be no problem. The underground propane tank is for heat. Previous folks have been able to use cell phone, but land line for telephone is available as well. There is a finished one-room building, (guest/play/office) house separate from house, too. There is a 3-stall horse barn with windbreak fence is on property if needed. A 2-car garage is attached and finished. Parking extra vehicles or RVs outside is fine. Well-behaved dogs can run on property, and pets are allowed inside with few limitations. We bought this RV last April and we would like to sell it. It's a 1983 Comfort Classic. The previous owners lived in it Winter 07-08 and winterized the whole trailer. It has a woodburning stove inside that keeps everything very toasty and they put in windows that provide great insulation. Room for a queen size bed.
