My husband, daughter and myself are moving to Laramie in December for him to go to Wyotech. We live in Texas and we will be able to come up early to sign a lease or whatever if someone needs to sign it over to us, and then we'll be there perminantly on the 26th. We don't party or anything. If you reply, please let me know how much the montly rent is, how much we need for the deposit. If the apartment includes a refrig., stove, if a w/d is on site. Also if all utilities are included or if we pay electric or whatever.
