I would like to see if there is any interest before I sign the lease on the building. I have access to a newly remodeled house that could be converted into offices. It would feature a shared kitchen, a large break area and a bathroom. The break room would have couches, TVs, rock band, and whatever else would make it a fun place. Each tenant would be able to rent a whole office that they could lock, or maybe even an individual desk in a shared area, if there is demand. I would provide internet, mail, phone, printer, utilities, etc. I may even offer chairs and desks to make it as simple as possible for a new business owner. Basically you would just pay rent and everything would be included. I own an internet company and would use one of the offices or even the garage. If anyone out there is interested please email me back with your ideas and what you would pay for an office like this. I figured the individual desks in a shared part of the building would be a cheap way for someone to get started too. Let me know what you guys think. Hope to hear from someone soon!]]></description>
