We are looking for pure bred or nearly pure bred, Dachshund photos of Standard, Tweenie and Mini Dachshunds in all coats and colors. Please consider the following tips when submitting your photos:
• Photos should be high quality photos like the ones seen on sale at calendar shops without people, unnecessary background clutter, or cages.
• Each month's photo should depict the feel of that month. For example Holiday themes for December, Valentine’s Day for February, St. Patrick's Day in March. Spring for April, Patriotic for July etc.
• By submitting your photo to AADR and its volunteers you are agreeing to allow the release of the photo to AADR for publication on our website, calendar, and print materials.
• Pictures need to be in as high a mega pixel format as possible. JPEG Photos should be 300 dpi minimum. Photos that have poor resolution due to low pixel amount can not be considered. If e-mailing photos, please attach them to the e-mail and do not insert them into the e-mail message.
• Professional submissions are welcome, but you must be able to provide a copyright release.


Please include with each submission your name, address, phone number and email address along with the dog’s name and short biography of the dog.

All proceeds of the calendar will go toward vetting and caring for AADR's needy dachshunds across the United States. Photos will be judged by AADR's panel of judges and winners will be notified when selected.

She needs a place where she has access to the outdoors. She has developed some separation anxiety when I leave her in the house due to me having to work long hours. She is however, fine to sleep in the yard all day so a place where she has access to the outdoors (a doggie door to the outside would be ideal so she can pop in and out whenever she pleases) is needed. I occasionally bring her out to Michigan where she will roam on her own and always come back within a couple hours.

She's a great dog and I can no longer care for her. I can't find a home for her locally since she needs a place to roam and have been unable to find an animal sanctuary to take her. I can drive her to her new home, but $100 towards the gas money will count as her adoption fee. So.

I am wanting to rehome my ferrets. You will get everything. This includes the following:

2 ferrets. 1 is the raccoon type, the other is mostly white with some gray spots.

1 cage. Approximately 3'x3'x4'high.

1 Water Canister side mounted to the cage

1 feeder that holds up to 5 days worth of food. (note: it will be empty after about 1 hour due to the raccoon looking ferrets obsession with digging all of the food out of this bin. After that, you just don't feed them for a few days while the pick the food up off the floor thru all the bedding)


I am asking a $100 for everything but that is negotiable.

If you want some ferrets and don't have a dog that wants to eat them, shoot me an email.

HELP Ci-Ci and Mama Kitty, give them a home....they are so sweet!! Colors are gold and white, I think....call my Mom for more info...the kitten is totally litter trained and so is the Mama of course, and the kitten is about 3 months old and very sweet! Also both are well behaved, they come with food and litter too.

But I will give the bird the attention, care, love it so deserves and needs. I have cages for small to large birds. So that need not be a consideration. Sell your cage and recoop funds that way.
I am not looking to aquire them to sell them. I enjoy birds and would like some more.

I've had her since she was a few weeks old, but I've since realized she needs a home with more stimulation than I can offer her - I live in a tiny apartment, work about an 70-hour week, and travel a lot for work. And much to her disappointment, this apartment has no mice.
