The rent per month is $516, however if you sublease from me I will cover your first month's rent and the sublease fees, $250. This sublease includes a private bathroom for your private bedroom. This sublease runs through July 31st. Then you can renew under your own lease. You will have a roommate. there are 4 total rooms each with there own bathroom and walk in closet.
The apartment complex has a hot tub, a shuttle that runs to the campus, all of the utilities are covered in the rent, Wifi included.
