Everything included as new, the trainer, power supply, spindle, front wheel riser block, Ant+ dongle, and instructions.
I'll also throw in a 700x25 trainer tire that has less than 50 miles on it.
I used this with the Bkool app only, but is said to work with Zwift, MyWhoosh, and others using the Ant+ dongle.
You do not need to use an app, I also just used it while TV. It's a great wheel on trainer.
