Original owner, non-smoking household. HTL 5 piece, top grain leather without contrast stitching, couch or sofa. Three sections recline, four sections have adjustable headrests, the center "pie" piece does not recline or have adjustable headrest. It has had minimal use, there are a few minor scratches. From an arm edge to the center stitching in the "pie" piece measures approximately 82 inches (that is from about the middle of an armrest to the center). The exterior arm sections measure approximately 40ish inches. The middle sections measure approximately 29ish inches. The center "pie" piece measures approximately 12ish inches at the front/narrowest portion. The reclining middle section can be placed on the left or right. I have always kept the unit all attached and do not know how well it would function if you wanted to separate it or set it up differently. Paid $5000 plus. Cash and buyer responsible to move from a finished basement.
