Snoway series 22 plow. Worked great until the legacy control stopped working. Well, they no longer make a legacy control. Snoway told me I could only buy a pro control, so I did, for just barely under $800. Well................the pro control is for a 5 solenoid setup, not a 4 solenoid setup.. Had left and right angle, but could not drop the plow. Do you think snoway would help ? Not a chance. They just said I needed to follow the wiring color to hook up. Let's see now......5 wires to 4 hookups. Hmmm. So here we are.Was a good plow, but I am tired of fooling with snow way company, period. A lot of good parts here ( great parts if you have a working legacy controller ) price them ! Plow blade has a repair (professionally done instead of the black tape I see on so many ). Hit a log fence post buried in snow a couple years ago. Everything worked great until the control debacle. Obviously will have to be picked up in Pinedale, WY as I will not attempt to ship. Stored in a garage as it is a nice plow if you have a working legacy control or can find one. Just had someone tell me it was most likely the solenoid, But I am done with it. A lot of dollars in parts there and in much better shape than most I see. I used it only for plowing my drive. Now it is back to my old Ford Hiboy with the old Fisher plow.
Also, I will be listing the complete mounting set in future for a 2005 Chevy Silverado when I have time to take it all off.
OR......for $ 13,000 total, I will include my 2005 Silverado with only around 126,000 miles and with the plow mounts on it., and NOT RUSTY ! Pics if interested. mikeATeyeoftheravenDOTcom
