A $4,600 minimum downpayment is required along with first month lot rent of $230 and a $230 deposit. Higher downpayments are encouraged and increase the likelihood of approval. Please note that thorough criminal background checks are run and felonies within the past 7 years cannot be accepted.
Monthly payment amount will depend on what financing the borrower qualifies for, but payments would likely be around $650 on the high end for lot rent and house payment. Better qualified borrowers would likely qualify for a lower payment.
