We are a high-functioning, incredibly capable couple recently relocated from Brooklyn to Boise, looking for a meaningful live-in opportunity where hard work and integrity actually matter. We grew up in good families where we were taught to manage properties and respect the land from day one. We are both just over 6 feet tall, eager to work, and ready to bring "Brooklyn efficiency" to your estate, ranch, business or home.
Meet Colt (The Specialist)
Colt is a "fix-anything" specialist who truly leads with a service-oriented heart. He is an Eagle Scout, a master mechanic, and a builder who just finished hand-building our own family home from the foundation up. He ran a thriving Powersports business in Downtown Brooklyn and understands the value of high-end equipment and meticulous maintenance.
* Mechanical Expert: Professional-grade diagnostics and repair on anything with an engine (tractors, fleet vehicles, ATVs, mowers).
* Master Handyman: Proficient in plumbing, electrical, welding, and structural repairs.
* Equine Experience: He has a background working at a high-class stable, so he is comfortable and respectful around horses and livestock.
* Tech Savvy: Unlike most old-school handymen, Colt can manage your home network, fix the internet, and troubleshoot complex computer/security systems.
Meet Laura (The Manager)
I bring 12+ years of experience as a high-level Personal Assistant for talent on a live national TV show. I manage the "human" side of the property with total discretion and grace.
* Domestic Pro: I’m an Italian New Yorker, so without saying-I can absolutely cook anything, I’m used to doing laundry, high-end personal shopping, and complex household scheduling/logistics/socials.
* Artistic Vision: I‘m an artist in every sense of the word. I’ve also done interior design, website building and managing. I paint just about anything, I’m specifically good at designing graphics (business logos and such, coming up with elements/themes/marketing strategies —I can help with murals, aesthetic upkeep, lots of DIY handcrafted projects/home improvement and gardening/landscaping.
*I speak American Sign Language and as the oldest of all me and my three sisters, I’m the oldest and have worked with kids of all ages since I was in high school. I also really love all pets!
