Bought this and used it quite a bit on my 2004 f250 Harley edition 6.0. sold the truck in 2021. It does more than diagnostics. You can run tests with it. I can't remember all of it but there's a lot. You can also buy additional software which I did not so you can download programming to the ICM. Bought it from bulletproof diesel. It's all there if you want to test it, bring your truck and your laptop because I don't have a laptop anymore. Less than a quarter of the price for a new one
