Industrial Electrical Field Superintendent
Full-Time | Salary | Travel Required (WY & CO Projects)
Monad Services is expanding and hiring Electrical Field Superintendents to support industrial projects across Wyoming and Colorado. We are looking for experienced field leaders who can manage crews, coordinate materials, maintain safety compliance, and keep projects moving.
We are hiring for both Wyoming- and Colorado-based project coverage. Licensure in either state is required. Holding both Wyoming and Colorado licenses is a strong advantage.
This is a field-facing leadership role. Travel between job sites is expected.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily field operations on industrial projects
• Lead foremen and crews to meet schedule and quality expectations
• Conduct bid walks and review drawings
• Assist with material take-offs, purchasing coordination, and inventory management
• Communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage safety compliance, staffing, and equipment allocation
• Coordinate fleet usage and maintenance as needed
• Perform hands-on installation when required
Qualifications
• Journeyman License (Wyoming or Colorado required)
• Dual licensure (WY + CO) strongly preferred
• Industrial or Oil & Gas project experience
• Experience with QA/QC, project lookaheads, and scheduling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel
